If possible contact the store where you purchased the lounger. All larger furniture stores have, either on staff, or by contract, a person that makes their repair calls. If you cannot contact the original store try to call a few stores inquiring about, if they sell Berkline, and if they have a repair person available or could give you a contact. I personally just recently had a very similar situation with a recliner although not a massager type. In only two calls I was given the name and number of a person that takes work from two or three stores and also private work. Further I am including with this posting an url for you to use if necessary. http://www.berkline.com/ You may be able to navigate to something that will help.
