Hi,

If you haven't noticed your cat urinating today, it's possible that he has a urethral obstruction which needs immediate veterinary treatment.

Not eating or drinking with a dull looking coat and lethargic behavior may indicate various medical conditions, which older cats are more prone to develop, like diabetes, hyperthyroidism, liver and kidney issues.

He also may have a systemic infection and this is causing his lack of appetite and lethargy.

If would be a good idea to bring him to the vet, now, but if it's after hours for you, and your regular vet is closed, bring him to the nearest ER vet center for diagnosis and treatment. If you don't now the location of your nearest ER vet center, look in your Yellow Pages or check out this site (if you're located in the USA):

I hope all will be well with your furry boy, once you have him assessed and treated by the vet.
