Already Tried:
I have called her. Asked her nice, to please give me my money. I finally told her if she did not give me my half, i would have no recourse but to go legal.

Accepted Answer

You need to get the executor to distribute your half of the proceeds to you. If the executor fails to do so, you may file a claim in the probate court against the executor to force a proper distribution.
