i have a bf115a honda outboard it will run for a couple minutes and then it starts cutting out and dies it has a new lift pump and high pressure pump and all new filters and lines also has a new float and needle in the vst i can prime the primer bulb and keep it running

well if your use the primer build and it stays running , 3 things

Bad primer bulb
Air leak in fuel lines
Bad fuel pump, if you have over filled oil, bad fuel pump

when it dies the vst still has plenty of fuel in it and both fuel pumps are new oil level is right on

u need to get a pressure gauge on the fuel lines also

so assuming both are good no leaks and good pressure what else could it be

well, a clogged fuel pick up

but what you told me about pumping the primer bulb and it stays running, that is where i came up with my ideas what to check
