The biggest items are air flow related and low on charge. If you had the running pressures I could tell you more. A plugged dryer could do it , undercharge, weak airflow. If the dryer is the culprit it freeze right after the dryer.

The guy I have working on it (I wonder if he knows what he's doing) said the low side was 40 before he put freon in it and after the low side was 60. it is also still freezing up on the brass coil part on the inside but not the whole coil is freezing.

you start freezing at 60 and below. Depending on your temp outside and inside should be closer to 70-75 psi

Well I am in Alabama and it is hot here about 80 outside and 75 or so inside.

Answer

I would come close by saying head presuure around 250-260 with a suction of 75......this is guestimate...tepms ,superheat etc would be used to calculate.

BUT.....surely not low as 60
