I have a trane XE80 unit. The heating has gone out. I had a technicaian come out and I think he said it was the Glow plug. It was a U shape ceramic looking part. What is the part number for that item>

What part number do I use if I was to go to a local place to get the part?

It depends what brands they carry...let me look up the Norton part. Just a minute.....ok 41-402 Robert Shaw number.

I recommend to take the ignitor with you. Any heating or appliance repair place will carry it.
