Question
A person, whose partner has a key to my house and who knows the overhead garage door code, entered and removed prescription medications during the time I was recovering from (my third)back-spine surgery (4.7-10 emails he later left me in my mailbox w bp meds he'd taken.) He said in a voice mail (5.13)that he was "saving" me from myself. He contacted my neurosurgeon's staff w a list of drugs, told them in an email that, "she thinks she knows better than the medical community what and how often any or all of the pills can be taken."...."she might take medication for a day, then she presumes all is well." He used blood pressure medicarion as an example of this. (None of this is the case. I follow directions and an an intelligent consumer.) He still has several prescriptions.
Is there any recourse? Is there any 'form' I could send him to get a return of the meds? (One prescription alone cost $174.50) Do I call the police? IS there anything I can do?

Answer
You should call the police. A letter wont do and what he did is criminal trespass and theft.
