Question

I have a 115 Yamaha 4 stroke , on a Smokercraft poontoon Boat, yr 2000, I got it out of winter storage and now the Ignition does not work, And also the hydrolic tilt does not work. The lights work And horn, Also the hydrolic on the engine works fine, I have checked all 6 fuses on the engine, And the inline fuse coming of the positive lead is fine, I hooked all black wires to the neg pole. And on the positive I have the red positive lead & the fuseable link, Can you tell me what I might have missed,

Sounds like you missed a wire or to
the motor has juice, we can tell by the raising and lower of motor

check to make sure the circuit breaker back by the battery is ok
also check the fuse panel and circuit breakers in the helm

DICK   I CHECKED ALL CIRCUT BREAKERS, ( ALL SEEM FINE ) THERE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ANY BREAKERS BY THE BATERY, THE WIRES ARE HOOKED UP SAME AS ANOTHER BOAT NEAR BY, I DID TAKE APART THE MASTER PLUG GOING FROM THE ENGINE TO THE HELM, AND IT HAD SOME ELECTRICAL GREESE IN IT , AND WHAT LOOKED LIKE SMALL AMOUNT OF POSSIBLY METAL PARTICLES, THERE ARE 9 MALE POSTS AND ONLY 8 FEMALE POSTS, DO YOU KNOW IF ALL POSTS ARE TO MATCH, AND DOES THAT SOUND POSSIBLE , THAT ONE COULD DISENTIGRATE, OR ANY OTHER SEGESTIONS > ???

Rocket   Thanks for trying, , But I did find the problum, It was in the master plug , Where one of the female prongs had disintagrated, Three days later and a lot of checking I finely found it,       thanks for your thoughts.

Yes Rocket I fugured it out by myself. thank you for trying. If I have trouble again I will give you a call . thanks for your input. But that wasent the trouble.
