Question

How does the condenser fan motor mount to a RHEEM 31/2 ton unit? Are the screws on 4 sides all that holds fan, fan shaft points down.

Hello,

Usually, if the motor is vertically mounted, the four screws of the motor are extended and these extensions are the one used to secure the motor to the grill at the top. There would be more nuts at the top to tighten the bolt from the motor.
