I am in the middle of using my bottom oven and meant to set the time but must have pushed the numbers instead. I can't cancel anything of turn the oven on. I also cannot turn on the top oven. there is a vertical line on the left side of the display. what do i do?

the only thing you can do is flip your circuit breaker off for 60 seconds. That will reset your control board. If that doesn't work, then it sounds like your control board is just shorted and will need to be replaced although I don't know how pushing some numbers would cause this.
