95 Maxima odometer and trip meter not working, speedometer is working. Whre do I start to look for the problem....

Answer

There is a speed sensor on transmission close to cv shaft that controls speedometer and odometer.

how long would it take to replace a speed sensor? what is the level of difficulty??

Book calls for 1/2 hour and a skill level B. There is also a gear hooked onto sensor. Needs to be checked. Only has 1 bolt to remove sensor and gear...
