Already Tried:
I was duped into signing a document under duress that transfered my intellectual property rights on an invention I created. At the time I did not realize the wording could be interpreted to include my rights in the US and the rest of the World. I was a appointee of Cornell University and had no legal right to sign such a document in the first place. I'm being told that I no longer have any rights in Europe now because I signed this form.
Accepted Answer
One document can legally include a worldwide assignment of rights.
You can sue to revoke the document if it was signed as a result of duress or mistake. If you tell me your location I can look for a local attorney to review the document and advise you.
