I FILED ON LINE, WITH THE STATE OF NJ, AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A REFUND, I RECEIVED A NOTICE, THAT I OWE MONEY, ALOT-

You very likely were getting a credit from another state. That credit is not always allowable when you file online. If this is the case, you will need to submit a copy of the other state's return and your w-2s to prove your claim is correct.
