Question

I have a Lenova desk top purchased two years ago, Product ID XXXXXXXXXXXU
Begining about three weeks ago the computer started to take longer and longer to start up and finally would not start at all. Can you help me?

I do not hear any beep sound when I start the computer just a faint hum from the cooling fans.

Ok Disconnect the Moniter from the PC and power on the moniter and see any messages like "Check signal cable" etc......and let me know.

The problem is resolved, I called Lenova this a.m. and explained my problem, they informed me that there has been a recall on this PC model because of a faulty Motherboard. A technicion will be sent out to replace the Motherboard even though the warrenty period has ended. Thank you for your trouble.
