Question

I have an HP C720 all in one machine and every time I want to scan a document it seems to have lost the 'Scan to' setting, it can't be typed in and I have to un-install the software, run a reg clean up and install the lot again, any help available?

Thank you for asking..

Here once again you have to reinstall the driver.. first uninstall the driver.. n then unplug the printer n keep it unplug for 30 minutes.. then replug it to the PC n power.. n install the updates driver from this
