OK, it overheated and I put a new one in and got the same results, Over Heated,,so I thought it was getting stuck so I just took it out, how does it work ? back pressure? I thought with it out it was like a open pipe, that would just let the water go by making it colder than it should be.

I have check a couple of other things, I have 3 additional lites on the dash at this point,
"Engin power Reduced" maybe because it is getting hot?
ABS INOP
Brake ( as if the parking break is on but it is not )

In check the fuses I found 2 things that seem "wrong"
on the ABS fuse (25 smp) I see only 10.2 Volts but all other fuse have 12.6 to ground.

on the 10 amp (fan cont) fuse smaller type fuse in box closer to the firewall I only have 1.3 volts to ground on the side that I would expect to have the same 12.6 to ground.

Seem that the Idle is a little better after letting the car run ( had to stop because it got hot again.
