I drive a BMW 328 I E36 2000 model , i have replace my shocks in decembe 2008, there a very disturbing banging sound from my right rear, i have been told that the shock monting on my care needs to be replaced, do you agree

Answer

Hi,

There is two option that will need to be done.

1=The rear shock top pull apart and start knocking.

2=The rear trailing arm bushes,on each suspension arm the bush perishers and the arm ends up knocking on the chassis.
