motor runs rough like not getting enough fuel. Sometimes runs that rough have to shut down motor then re start. Once restarted generally runs smooth
2003 6cl 3.0 with 126,000klms on the clock full service history
Not sure if fule filter, CPU or fuel injectors??

How often does the vehicle run like this?

Does it seem to happen more when hot or cold?

With this kind of mileage, I would lean toward a fuel filter.

Vehicles has been running rough on a more regular basis

Seems to worse when the vehcile is cold, but will still run rough when warmed up

Vehicle has 123,000klms on the clock

Instead of just replacing parts, I recommend that you check the fuel pressure first. With that mank kilometers on the filter, I recommend to replace the filter regardless.
Do you have a check engine light on?

Also will get mechanic to check fuel pressure and replace filter

Should I also get them to check fuel injectors

It couldn't hurt to check the injectors but injector issues are not th common on this model. - would also recomend you replace the spark plugs if they are original.
