So, please tell me what is new with her and why you are worried, because it sounds like she has been using a walker for 2 years...

Gotcha. Thanks.
Well, I would highly recommend that you take her to her regular doctor for a work up. Monday is a good day. It sounds like she has rapidly deteriorated and you have every right to be concerned. She needs a comprehensive work up, including blood tests for anemia and low thyroid (she is on thyroid supplement, but to make sure it is the right dose) and electrolyte problems. As well, she likely needs a chest xray to make sure that her pulmonary issues are resolving and that she does not have something else like congestive heart failure.
Of course, if she gets much worse over the weekend, take her to the ER and they can do the work up there.

Best wishes
