Hi,

You can add 1-2 drops of mineral oil or vegetable oil to the kitten's next feeding, and also, water down his formula a little to thin it out.

After each feeding, stimulate him to eliminate by vigorously rubbing his genital/anal area with a very warm washcloth, simulating the mom-cat's tongue, as she would clean him all over and stimulate him to eliminate in this way. He should urinate after every feeding, but not necessarily defecate. However, of course, if he hasn't pooped in 2 days, he is constipated.

You can also hold his bottom under warm running water (sink, not bathtub) to help stimulate him to go, but if he still hasn't produced anything within the next 12-16 hours, I'd recommend a vet visit, to help him evacuate his bowels.
