What,if anything can be done for the dizziness,light-headed feelings that come with MS?

Already Tried:
I have been on Tysabri for 10 months, and have asked the company if this is a side effect. It can be. I drink water when it gets
particularly bad, and am in balance therapy.
I also am scheduled for a complete eye exam.
I don't like mecalazine because of the drowsiness. The balance problem is a factor
as well. Thank you!
