Question

Hail,

I have a TAA lease viewable here:
http://www.universityhouse.com/pdf/WVPSampleLease.pdf

Does the bottom of paragraph 35 (no name on bottom) allow me to void the lease? One addendum has an entirely different first and last name.

I ask because of recent privacy intrusions from my landlord. I am in good standing, never late on bills or in any trouble.

Optional Information

Texas

Already Tried:
The apartment is not associated with my college, but caters to only college students. The landlady has ordered me to move to another building (same complex) so TAA can give my apartment to some JROTC kids arriving this month. She invoked an addendum I signed which contains a clause reading as follows:
"For purposes of operating efficiently and harmoniously, we reserve the right at any time, upon five days prior written notice to you and without your having to pay any transfer fee, to relocate you to another bedroom in the dwelling or to another dwelling within the apartment community."

The addendum has a foreign last name and first name typed on the bottom, and is a copyrighted TAA form.

Thank you.
