AS I WAS DRIVING HOME, I GOT THE ENGINE LIGHT ON. I WENT A COUPLE OF MILES AND THE CARD STARTED TO SHUDDER. I GOT IT HOME, BUT DO NOT WANT TO TRY TO DRIVE. DO I NEED TO TOW TO REPAIRMAN.

You should be ok to drive it as long as the check engine light isn't flashing as you drive.
If it starts to flash then get it towed.
