Answer

If you old computer is XP, do this...

1) Click Start
2) Click Control Panel
3) Click Add/Remove Programs
4) Search for AnyDVD and right-click and uninstall it

On Vista, just install the software and license on it. If your version is too old to install on vista, will need to upgrade.

You should have got an email to download it and your key there, if not and you at least have the key somewhere, tell me what Version of AnyDVD you are using and i will search it for you.

I still have the original e-mail with the key information in it. Do I download the key information from my e-mail account into my new computer after I download the "trial" programs from Slysoft and it should work?

Accepted Answer

I think so, try it and let me know!
