Hi,

To connect an wireless mouse, you need to:

1 Connect the receiver to your computer's USB port
2 Press the connect button on the receiver
3 Quickly press the connect button at the bottom of the mouse.

If it does not help, please let me know the make/ model number of your wireless mouse

It's a mini wireless optical mouse made by Inter-America Products, Serial # XXX-XXXX. It still will not work.

Does the mouse suppose to have a bettery in it? The mouse was bought at Radio Shack but only was in a plastic bag with the serial # on it.

I see.

Actually most wireless mouse need a battery for power. Some wireless mouse however have inbuilt battery.

If I could get the model number, I can tell you if it has an inbuilt battery or you need to connect battery separately

The only # I have is XXX-XXXX. Maybe I should return this and get a brand mouse
