My dog has had her 1st Injection, another dog has gotten into my garden and pooed, I didnt notice and my puppy started eating it. What the risk of her catching anything?????

If the faeces in question were firm and normal looking then there would be very little chance of your dog catching anything this way. Sick dogs with parvo for example or distemper would normally have a good going diarrhoea.
It is possible the puppy could contract worms but it is good practice to regularly worm your pup in any case so that would take care of that.
In my experience some dogs actually eat other dogs faeces quite frequently if they can and it rarely seems to do them any harm.
