Question

My Termostat is showing 71 for current temperature and that the air conditioning will come on when it gets to 75... and that the air conditioning unit is on... but when I push any of the buttons nothing changes on the display. I have put new batteries in but this does not seem to help. It is definitely hotter than 71.

Hello,

This is an internal fault that is not field repairable.

I am afraid you will have to replace the thermostat.
