Using QB Enterprise sales receipt. How can i use a receipt printer (3" tape) to print the credit card receipt and not have to use standard paper?

are you saying all i have to do is attach a receipt printer instead of a laser printer and the software will configure the print accordingly?

Actually i was not getting your question

you can use your laser printer

but you have to print the credit card receipt
do you have the driver of the receipt printer because this printer is not compatable with other drivers

1. download the driver
2. uninstall the old driver from control panel
3. unplug the printer from compter
4. clean up your C drive
5. restart your computer
6. install the new driver
7. plug your printer to your computer
8. reset your printer

sorry, not communicating the question correctly. i can print a receipt when using the sales receipt function of Quickbooks. Are you familar with that feature? we currently use a laser printer and would like to use a printer that is more like a receipt when you buy retail, 3" wide. we cannot get the sales receipt template to print on the 3" tape. we would also like to print the credit card receipt from this new printer too. Can it be done and how?
