I may be able to provide it if you can give me the serial number on the radio.
You will have to remove it - it is stamped on it, printed, ot on a small plate.

i try a lot of times already.the code cant go through.radio still not working

Hello, If you have input the incorrect code to many times before the radio will lock out and not accept the code. The way to solve this is by turning the key on and letting it sit for one hour. After this re-input the code. If you have a battery charger it is a good idea to connect but not required. Also make sure nobody is going to steal your car.

To restate- turn the key to the on position for one hour and re-input the code.
If it beeps before you have finished-stop and start again from the beginning.
