These cars computers have what called adaptive stratagy. the PCM (powertrain control module) learns what the engine is doing and make little compensations over time. example: it the engine runs lean, the 02 sensors will let the pcm know and it will richen the mixture until its normal again. your code means that something is affecting the idle quality and the pcm is adjusting the idle and now there is no more adjustment left. possibilies are, running lean due to injectors clogged or vacuum leak, unmetered air leak around MAF sensor ( reads the air coming in) fouled plugs, timing, plugged fuel filter... could also be rich due to plugged air filter, leaky injectors, bad fuel pressure regulator.... you'll need someone with a some knowlegde and tools to help you with this one if your a novice. I would start with a good tunr up and injector cleaner. This type of code is almost impossibe to guess due to the amount of possibilities.
