hey, can you have the bmw factory build a fully loaded m5 with an automatic instead of the smg?

Hi sorry you can only get the smg or the manual transmission only no other option.
I dont care for the smg either. It is ok if you run the car very hard. If not it is pretty jerky.

yeah i know but what if i put in a special order with some high up connections?

Hi no sorry they do not have a regular automatic trans to put in this car. They would have to change the transmission, and control module wiring. For 1 car Im sure they will not do that.. You used to be able to order a bmw in any color you wanted. about 8 to 10 years ago. Not anymore. Speacil orders are for what options are made. Thats it. Mike
