A family member has been released early from a two year DUI sentence and, has four months remaining on his parole requirement. Is it possible to seek an early release from parole. He has had no problems while on parole.

Unfortunately there is not generally an early release from parole since parole is consider the benefit of not having to serve jail time. The parole board could reduce the time in discretion but that is rare and may take longer than the 4 months to make the decision.
