Hello today I received a letter in the main from the state of NJ. Charges were brought against me by XXXXXXX XXXXX. The charges are Petty disorderly persons offense, disorderly persons offense, endangering the welfare of an incompetent person, and N.J.S 2c:39-4D(a crime of the third degree.)Could I fight this case by myself or do I have to obtain an attorney?
