Question

Kitchenaid Refrigerator (KSRS25ILBL01) is not getting cold. The freezer is fine, but the refrigerator side is warm. What is the problem?

Yes, sometimes I do and then sometimes I don't. I also tried to lower the temperature on the control board to make it colder in the refrigerator and would not go below 33. Is that normal?

yes ,, the temo should be aound 30 to 40 ...... can you set the controls to get it to this temp or is it always warm inside

It is at 33 all the time. Yes, it is always warm in the refrigerator area.

I already checked the coils. There is frost from top to bottom - not alot of frost. I know a little about refrigerators. It does not seem to be a defrost problem.

Yes, I can see all the coils. They all have frost on them.

sorry to be so long but my data base went down while trying to find a part number for the part you need ,,,, you need to replace the air baffel and you can contact a local appliance parts dealer and get one and in stall it in the fridge side so the air can come in as it should
