I AM HAVING BACK FIRE THRU THE CARB. REPLACED CAP,ROTOR,SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES CARB CLEAN I SET THE TIMING AND STILL HAVING TROUBLE

Answer

It sounds like the distributor is not "advancing".
Disconnect the Vacuum Asdvance hose from the Carb or Intake.
Remove Distributor Cap.
Apply Vacuum to the Vacuum Advance Hose & check to see if the Advance Plate moves & maintains Vacuum (no leaks). If it doesn't move or the Vacuum Leaks internally, replace the Vacuum Advance Unit
