Accepted Answer

If the non-custodial parent has physical custody for more than 40% of the time (146 overnights), a Florida statute passed in 2003 allows for a substantial reduction in the guideline amount., WHICH COULD MEAN NO CHILD SUPPORT BUT THAT IS RARE,

VIOCE RECORDING ARE USUALLY NOT ADMISSIBLE AS EVIDENCE, HOWEVER IF COPIES OF THE TRANSCRIPTS ARE MADE AND GIVEN TO ALL PARTIES PRIOR, THE JUDGE MAY RULE THAT THEY ARE IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO ALLOW INTO TRIAL, AS FAMILY COURT HAS LOOSER RESTRICTION ON EVIDENCE.
