Question

i have a thermostat that has red, blue, green, and white wires. the red is hooked to rh, the white is hooked to o, the blue is hooked to a which is jumped to the rc, and the green is hooked to g. My question is where do i hook the blue on the new hunter set and save programmable thermostat.

What do you have here a furnace with cooling on it ?


Rh = Red wire is 24 vac
Rc = could be the Blue if you have two transformers
G = Green wire which fan
Y = yellow if you have cooling
W = White which is heat

not sure this is my office and we are trying to change the thermostats to prevent others from changng the temp so easily.

Well did you mark the wiring off the old thermostat to what terminals they went to
