What else do you need to know ? I'm just looking for the citation for this case out of the 5th Circuit back in1983: U.S. v. Lee Since my retirement, I don't have access to Federal Reporters. Thanks.

Ok, I found it,   

744 F.2d 1124

United States v. XXXX XXX, it deals with Civil rights and torture, however it is a 1984 case, not 1983.
