No need to be concerned. I asked for the make as that model number shows as a dishwasher on my database.

Hi XXXXXXXXXX
This subzero has no defrost timer,it is all controlled by the electronic control located above the light shield.The control determins how long and when to defrost based on compressor run time.It would be very unusual for the control to be the problem.If you remove the back cover,the most likely cause of no defrost would be the terminater located on the top middle of the evaperator.If you need more specific info please ask
