The good news is if she has a history you may be able to call your vet and explain the financial situation. Let your vet know what you suspect and explain to him you do not have the funds for a visit at this time. Ask him if he can write a prescription based on her history. Now this is a personal choice, some vets have no problem if the dog has shown a history, but some vets will not do this. But its worth a try.
