Question

I would like to replace a old Lennox 67K4801 thermostat with a Honeywell RTH110B. The Lennox has a Orange wire that was connected to the "O" terminal on the 67K4801. I do not know where to connect it on the new Honeywell

Do you have a heat pump with gas or electric strips for a back up?

Answer

The reason that I ask is because I do not believe that your system and the rth110b are compatible.

The Honeywell stat you have is for a single stage heat and single stage cool unit.

The O is normally used for a multistage heat pump.
