I just got the witeless laser desktop 5000, and the number keys on the right hand side don't work, what can I do?

I just got this keyboard and mouse, and I used the disk to download it and the keys on the right don't work, I am not very computer savy, so I haven't tried anything

Hi,

I would like to assist you regarding this issue.

Have you tried pressing Num Lock key?

Press Num Lock Key. You will see that green light is on when Num Lock is pressed. That means Nuber pad is activated. You can now use number pad on the right.

If you press Num Lock key again, it disables Number pad.

Try this & let me know the result.
