John....

thanx you for all your help. I realized I had needed an allen wrench to undo the bolts....

If i were working I would accept again so that you could get double credit, however, at 64 years old and unemployed, $9.00 more is a lot to me.

I was pleased and proud to ACCEPT the first time, but I had not planned on leaving the page and paying another $9.,00.....somehow, i looking at the diagrams you sent, I had to get back into the site to reach you for the info on the 2 caliper bolts./

consequently, another potential $9.00 for a total of $18.90 and John, I can't afford that.

But I couldn't just accept your great help an assistance without compliments, comments and a $9.00 donation.

hope you don't begrudge me for not accepting a 2nd $9.00

I was charged TWICE for being on line with John about the SAME PROBLEM with my brakes and I cannot afford to be generous with the SECOND $9.00 which I was charged to my credit card.

I do not wish to be charged $18.00 for working with the same man on the SAME ISSUE twice.

please refund my card the 2nd $9.00 please.

I had my card changed due to it being short due to this issue.

please call me so I can give you new credit card number in which to refund my other $9.00.

I am 64 years old and out of work living on limited/scarce budget but did not mind paying john for his help of $9.00 NOT $18.00

respectfully,
