I have the complete drive train, including all computers, with 35,000 miles from a 2003 frontier 4 cyl w/auto , out of a rollover. What problems will I have installing it in a 2004 frontier 4 cyl 5stick with 160,000 (both are king cabs). The 04 body is real clean but need major mach. work.

It looks like a real clean swap to me, heck, it's the same vehicle. Just remember that whenever you need a part for it, you will need to go by the other VIN or something may be slightly different.
