it clicks like it has power i have power to the connection do i check the injector with a test light at the top of the injector with key on or while trying to start it

Answer

A test light isn't the best tool for this , you can confirm if you have power at the injector but it wont tell you how much power you have. The injector has a power supply and a control circuit with the key on engine off you will have power at the injector, through the injector and out onto the control circuit. The best way to check the control circuit is with a lab scope , the computer grounds the injector very fast . You may have to take it to a repair facility to have the control circuit pinpoint tested.

when i stick the test light to the hot side in the connection it has juice when i stick it the ground side it makes the injector spray but i already burned one injecter up like that

Answer

Yes because you are partially controlling the circuit through the test light, that is why I said the test light is not the best tool for this circuit, you need to use at least a volt meter but best of all a lab scope will accurately confirm the circuit.

i dont have a lab scope but can i change out the computer are another part

Answer

You can give that a try (computer), it is possible that the driver in the computer is bad for the injector, Crank angle sensor is in the distributer and you said you replaced that so you should be getting RPM reference at the computer and it should fire the injector. you should be able to find a pretty cheap used pcm for that and try it next.
