Question

Received an addendum to my lease for a pro-rated amount each month with my original lease. The lease has, check all that apply - box A - rental will be pro-rated xxx.xx dollars per month. box B - rental concession stipulations, wherein they wrote, rent will only be pro-rated for nine months, where rent shall then be xxxx.xx dollars per month. But box B was never checked on the lease. Can I avoid the rental increase due to their negliance on not checking the secod box?
