Question

My 13 year old Bichon, casey had her spleen removed two weeks ago tomorrow. She finished her antibiotics yesterday but today has vomited up her food - three times. She hardly ever throws up. I only feed her hypo-allergenic dog kibbles from my vet and we have booked an appointment for tomorrow but I am really worried. Thoughts and recommendations?

Optional Information

Age: >12; Female; Breed: Bichon Frise

Already Tried:
I fed her this morning and she threw up around 2 p.m. in my car. At that point I thought maybe she was car sick. (although she has NEVER been motion sick). Tonight I fed her dinner in two small amounts, last being about 6 p.m. and she got sick around 7-7:30. I gave her about a third of a cup of crunchies about 7:45 as I thought she might be hungry and she threw that up about 8:30. All three times she has tried to eat it back up (as dogs often do). I am just wondering if I should take her in to a vet tonite or if it is ok to wait until morning. Her spleen was removed because of a small tumnour on April 23rd. She finished her course of antibiotics yesterday. She has done really well until today - we've had lots of walks since her surgery and just started doing some longer walks on Sunday.
