Answer

A loose or worn out belt open the hood and start the car up locate the area where the squealing is at and find the belt thats there. If its not loose try to put a belt lubricant or ivory soap on the belt be sure not to use anything else unless for the belts as it will expand it and cause it to be too large. If it is loose replace or tighten.

ok so it's not a belt, it sounds more like metal on metal and only occurs once the vehicle is in motion.

It sounds like it's coming from under the hood. Maybe close to the wheel well driver side. That's the first place I looked but there's nothing apparent

What needs to be done is to jack up the drivers side wheel. Check the metal dust cover around the brake roter to see if its bent a little and rubbing. You make have to remove the tire to do this. If that is fine than I would check the brakes make sure they are good and not loose as possible clip broken or loose. Once you check this you will be able to turn the wheel it should be smooth you will have to block the tires and put it in neutral. With the tire on also check to make sure there is not excessive play up down left right if there is then you have a bad wheel bearing. So check that first than take wheel off and check the others.
