Hi,
Yes there are no known interactions.
Hello,
1) propranolol and promethazine have moderate drug interaction and may result in additive effects on blood pressure and orthostasis (feel dizzy when one gets up due to fall in BP).
2) diazepam and promethazine have moderate drug interaction and has central nervous system and/or respiratory depressant effects. This is more, especially in elderly or debilitated patients. So one has to be careful for excessive drowsiness.
It is anxiety that does not let your sleep. I would advise you to take your propranolol. You may avoid taking promethazine. Since propranolol dosing is needed for sustained effect and this helps in anxiety also, so skipping it, is not recommended.
Your medicine may not be responsible for it. The lack of sleep can be, as you mentioned.
