Accepted Answer

Hello,
Absolutely, must get into a vet today. Especially, with the breed, respiratory issues, even if they are only upper respiratory problems, need to be addressed by a vet. He will likely need different oral antibiotics, and possibly some chest x-rays to ensure the lungs are clear.
Your vet may also recommend doing some nasal drops to help keep the mucous discharge moist and easier to clear.
Can't offer any at-home advice for this. We need a vet's assistance and a good broad-spectrum antibiotic like clavamox.
Good Luck

Answer

Hello,
Can't stay at the computer all day.
The green mucus still suggests a sinus/rhinitis infection going on. Sometimes, this is actually due to a foreign body in the nostril or a resistant type of infection. So, although I don't think you have to jump into scoping of the nose just yet, a new antibiotic would be a good idea.
Also, the vet can culture this green stuff and send it into a lab to see what bacteria is in it and which antibiotics are best to use.
It's called a "culture and sensitivity."

Good Luck
